We had a wonderful time at music camp especially me. I loved it; could have stayed at least the rest of the summer. Johnny took beginning keyboard and seemed to have a good time; maybe becuase the grils made so much over him. Scotia and Caleb enjoyed the Fine Arts program and Scotia admitted she enjoyed her birthday. She is officially 12. I remember thinking when she was born that I would be old the day she entered the Young Women's program at church. Well that day has arrived. I wrote a song at camp and loved my songwriting course. I also learned alot about keyboard especially how much I love music and that I need to practice. We celebrated Johnny's brithday at camp and Emmie's this week. She was 7.

The whole family with the exception of Seth and Bethany are going to Augusta Music Camp in Elkins, WVA. I and Johnny are taking keyboard. Heather, Scotia and Caleb take the Fine Arts for Kids. Jody and the other rugrats stay at the cabin on the river and hang out. Jody is writing the query letter and the proposal for our book. Bethany has to work at Food City and Seth can get into too much trouble. He is staying with Rosa my housekeeper. They are very excited he is staying with them.

Jody and I went to Richmond and Alexandria to see Jenn and Sarah and families. We ended up watching Ella and Madeline for a couple of days and had fun with them and then spent 2 days in Alexandria with Sarah and Adam. We went to a fireworks display there that was alot of fun. We visited the Temple, but most important had some time to ourselves to regroup. Now we are trying to get ready to go to Augusta Music Camp for a week. I am excited as is the rest of the family.

Well the fourth of July week end was sure exciting. First Katie Virginia was born on Sun., July 2 at 7 ma. She weighed in at almost 7 pounds and was 20.5 inches long. I think she looks like mark. She is a cutie. Gave me the new baby blues. Thye are so sweet, but we will spend a week with them the first of Aug.
Sarah and Adam visited with us for the week-end. At our fourth dineer, they announced they were pregnant and due Feb. 17th. Seems to be a popular day in our family. Sarah took Alisa, Emmie and Jada with her to DC for 3 days as jody and I are taking a 3 day vacation.

7-1 Today is the first day of July. We are building a fence for our horses and having a cook out. Sarah and Adam are visiting but staying at Flossie's. Flossie and Chris will be here also and maybe Joey if he gets off work soon enough.
The big news is Erin and Mark gave birth to Katie Virgina yesterday at about 7 am. She seems to look like Mark.
